Physical Products
We accept returns of eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and contents
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Contacting us before returning an item helps ensure your return is processed promptly.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will determine whether it meets the return requirements outlined in this policy. If the item is deemed to be in unused, original, and resellable condition, your refund will be approved and processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the situation and resolve it promptly.
For items that arrive damaged in transit, please retain all packaging materials and take clear photographs of:
- The outside of the shipping package
- The inside of the package
- Any packaging materials
- The damaged item
These photographs may be required to support a shipping or insurance claim and will help us process your request as efficiently as possible.
EU Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at hello@surefitdesigns.co.uk before the 14-day cooling-off period expires. You may use the following model withdrawal statement:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [describe item(s)], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]."
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Digital products: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for downloadable PDFs, digital workbooks, streaming courses or other electronically delivered content once access has been provided.
Non-Returnable items (all customers)

Gift cards are non-refundable.
