Shipping policy

UK Shipping:

Goods will be shipped from our store within two to three working days, via Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage (i.e. please allow 4-6 days for delivery). A signature will not be required.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 items are delivered to your door and the postie will knock. If no one is home, they will typically try to leave it in a designated Safeplace, with a neighbour, or leave a 'Something for You' card to arrange a redelivery.

Key Details to Know:
•    Delivery & Knocking: Posties will knock on your door to hand over the parcel and take a photo upon delivery. If you need them to knock louder or give you more time to answer, you can set an alert on the Royal Mail App.
•    Signature Requirements: Some Tracked 48 items may require a signature, but if you have a safe place designated (i.e. set when you placed your order or changed online), they may drop it there.
•    Tracking Updates: You receive SMS or email notifications confirming when your parcel is out for delivery, and can track its GPS map on the Royal Mail Track and Trace page.

Note: Goods will only be shipped within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

EU Shipping:

Goods will be shipped from our store within two to three working days, via Royal Mail International Tracked postage (i.e. please allow 5-10 business days for delivery). A signature will not be required.
